It depends on what tolerance you are speaking of. If you are simply asking how long it will take be able to take a recommended dose and it will be an appropriate amount of relief, probably about 2/3 months. Although physical detox only takes days, it takes your body chemistry alot longer to adjust. If you are asking about your tolerance for the need of pain meds, that is another issue completely.

This depends on your addiction factor. Normally your tolerance would be lowered after 90 days. it takes that long and sometimes longer for the drugs to clean out of your system especially the liver. For some people it never goes down and they can tolerate large amounts of drugs always.
