That's it. I give up. All these years trying to let people know not all Kentuckians are ignorant rednecks, and they put that crap here and prove they are! I think it's time to find another home state. This one has definately gone to the dogs.

A natural history museum, I would be glad to see. A planetarium would be wonderful. Another zoo or two would be fantastic. That thing is a complete disgrace, and makes a mockery of everything we know to be true from history and science. When it gets removed (not if, but when), I would pay to get the first sledgehammer shot at it.

Just put up nine other "Creation Museums" on the same street. Each telling other creation stories from religions and cultures all around the world. All throughout each museum, state that everything shown within is COMPLETELY TRUE.
It would further highlight what a ridiculous farce that monument to ignorance is.

first off, its not crap. second of all, it does include a planatarium, and third, it IS a natural history museum. just because you have your belief that the world was made so many billions of years ago, that isn't automatically true. evolution is a THEORY, not a fact. if it was fact, there would be legitamate proof, of which there is none. did you know there are scientist out there who are now revising what they once thought, and have concluded the earth is much much younger than they thought it was. not just "christian scientists" but secular scientists as well. YOUR scientists. they have plenty of science museums in kentucky, just to list a few... the Louisville Science Center, Owensboro Museum of Science and History, and the Kentucky Museum of Natural History. The way you see it, the creation museum offends you, therefore it should not be there. well YOUR evolution-revolving museums offend ME, therefore, by your theory, they should be torn down.

You mean you have the nerve to complain about someone's freedom to build what they want? They CHOSE to build a Creation Museum in Kentucky because most of the people in this country believe in God. We have that right; this is a free country. If you don't like it, you are certainly free to leave. No one is forcing you to stay in the US. Feel free to move to Iran where you will never have to fear the 'threat' of 'creation museum crap' ever again.

I guess it is to provide additional cover for the Oak Ridge people. No one would ever suspect the nuclear researchers to be in a state with a Creationist Museum.

Why not? The evolutionists have put their evolution crap in every state of the union ...when everyone clearly REJECTS the evoltuion nonsense.....

If I were an evolutionist I would fear the Creationists too..especially since evolution theory is undefendable against the critical eye of objectivity.

Grow up Mr intolerant and accept reality.

LATEST NEWSWEEK POLL:
91% of Americans believe in God. Almost half of all Americans reject the theory of evolution. 82% of Americans say they are Christian. One-third of all college graduates say they ACCEPT the Biblical account of Creation AS FACT.....according to latest Newsweek poll -- March 30, 2007.

You poor thing, I pity you. I would not live in that state (in that country for that matter), for anything. How can you cope living with all those primitives around you? Your country is the last JesusFreak stronghold in the western world. US is a laughing stock for the rest of the world (not that the majority is aware of this).
