My cousin asked my guy friend out, who (she doesn't know this, nor does anyone know) I like. The problem is, he only likes her as a friend and only said yes not to hurt her feelings. He likes me, and I like him, but now we can't go out because of this. Should I step up and say something or just butt out and let them negotiate it? And how should I tell him that I like him?

You just said that you like him and he likes you I am guessing if you know he knows, and yes I would say step back and let them two handle it, He got himself into that let him get out, because it might cause problems in the Family. He shouldn't have said yes if you two liked each other and he didn't like her...

If they are not a couple and he is not interested in her..
he should let her know that..
you should let him know you're interested...

umm first you tell your cousin that you have a promblem with it, then tell her how you feel about him, then tell the dude how you feel about him. and that you are interested in a relationship.
