Hmmm... Let me think. Because evolution is just a theory plagued with many problems? But wait, it's getting worse. Here is an interesting read:

EEEEErrrr..... we do see it.
Time & time again. The only examples where this doenst' happen is when there's been geological movement (like formation of mountains) that has interfeered with the Strata.
Even some of the earlier critters have some Fossil record, it is just rare if the animal/plant didn't have a solid shell/bone to leave an obvious fossil.

Do you know that Mont Everest was under water a long time ago?

No. This assumes a constant environment, and the record shows a series of catastrophic extinction events, many followed by reduced biomass. The "sudden" appearances (over millions of years) represent the rapid expansion and diversification of life after these events.

Would you like to site an example where that happened? The closest is the Cambrian layer, but that wasn't even all that sudden. Here is how it really happened (note this is a government source): http://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/fossils/succession.html
FYI: the existence of the Cambrian layer is inconsistent with creationism, so you kind of need to watch what you say here.

Actually, that's exactly what we find. Given the rarity of fossilization, we see pretty much what we expect to see.
You might try looking into some sources with biological and/or paleontological backgrounds rather than apologetics.

Because fossils are only created under specific conditions.

Because that's the way creation works. God brings a given creature into existence at once, not over a long period of time.

Because you don't actually research anything about evolution and you just spout the same bs that has been fed to you all your life
