yes it should be fine. Any restaurant that servers wine by the glass does this all the time.

If its a red you have about 3 days before oxydation from the air thats inside starts to take its toll, a bit longer if its white. Some wines will actually improve a bit. The air that is in contact will allow the wine to "blossom" revealing some subtle flavors that wheren't appent when you first uncorked it. There are recaps with a small vacuum pump that are relatively inexpensive that you can buy if you are going to make a habit of this.

Yes, it will be alright for a few days but no more. Red wine can stay out, but put white wine in the fridge.

yes, the wine will be fine. It is alcohol so it wont go bad. In fact, if its red wine you shouldn't put it in the fridge. White wine is served cold, red wine room temp.
