Depression.

For me, it's like boredom because I have no energy to do anything. It makes me think in a totally different way than I normally would. And it's feeling like you're alone and in a pit of extreme sadness that you can't get out of. Boredom normally doesn't last as long as depression does. You can be depressed for years, while boredom lasts until you find something to do, which for me, it about a day (give or take a little).

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

Depression.
If you're just bored, just get out and do something new and different. There is no medication to treat boredom, it's more like a mindset. And it does not require therapy, unless you overeat out of boredom or something, but that's an entirely different issue that causes one to do that. Boredom can cause people to find new places, new friends, and new things to do. It is only dangerous if one chooses to do daredevil stunts for example.
Depression can be a chemical imbalance that requires medication, sunlight for those going through SAD, and therapy. It can also cause a person to withdraw from friends and family, and left untreated in severe cases, can be dangerous to the person suffering it.

Depression. there is usually a root cause of depression. Some time ou can pull out by yourself, sometimes you need help. Boredom is the result of the same ol routine rut, or doing nothing. Get up find something to do, go about your dailu routine, but do it in a different order.

Depression, it is like being in a well with no ladder to climb out. You see the light, but it is unavailable to you. With boredom at least you have the choice whether to go and do something or not. Depression chains your body and your mind.

I would say depression because with boredom it is easy to go find something to do. With depression most people dont feel like doing anything and it is hard to find something that will cheer you up.

Depression. My husband suffers from it and it can be hell to go thru. I don't wish it on my worst enemy. Atleast with boredom it eventually goes away where the depression can be lifelong.

Boredom is a lack of activity. Depression is emotional pain that can lead to suicide and can be very dangerous if left untreated. It's no fun to be bored. That's why I play Y/A.

I would say boredom, since I suffer from it 90% of the time.
