At 17 and with what you describe I wouldn't worry about it. She'll be a full grown adult in months and she might as well practice now. Have a talk with her, let her know how proud you are of her and that you think she's more than ready for adulthood so that the obsessive parenting in your mind has stopped and she is pretty much free. This gives her the opportunity to take the challenge of showing you that you were exactly right. The raising is over now, you need to let her go.

Well in that case let the girl live. If shes not rebelliuos thers no need for a curfew. She's almost eighteen. What do you think she was going to be little girl forever. Also it seems that she already knows about life( as far as whats good and bad for her). Really on that note I would ask her and see how she feels about it. If she knows how to make her own wise decisions, It would be in your best interest to see how she feels about the curfew situation . Because sometimes that makes them feel like a child and just setting that in without her knowing can cause a litte tension

Have you sat down and talked to her and asked her what she thinks would be a good curfew? Sometimes the best answer is a good compromise. Soon she will be 18 and you won't always be able to make the rules. She has proven to be a responsible girl. Set a curfew that you can both feel good about.

11 or 12 sounds fair enough, unless the curfew gets violated.

12 pm, the 9pm movie is over at 11, that gives them time to get a pop on the way home.

I'd say between eleven and midnight. Just make sure she take a cell phone so she can call and tell you where she is or if something happened.
