It may be mental -- most people like to poop on a regular schedule, in a quiet place at the same time every day. If you are running around doing errands, then that may throw off your schedule.
It also may be that you eat differently on the weekends, and your body is adjusting to the different menu. Or drink differently?
As long as it doesn't hurt, don't worry. I find prunes are good for constipation (but it may make the poo too runny). I also find if I have a nice, hot cup of lemon tea in the morning, I have to go more.
If it does start to hurt, though, look at slowing down your weekend mornings, and keeping a regular schedule for meals. As well as eating "poo-inducing" foods, stuff with fiber and lots of fruit and veggies.

I think a lot of it is in your head. I'm not saying you're crazy at all! lol It's just amazing what the mind can do to the body! Your story is a true example. Remind me to give you a star for this interesting question. As long as you're not feeling constipated, that's great!! I recommend next Friday night, you take a simple stool softener. They are completely harmless. You can buy generic ones at any drug store. 1-2 100mg ducosate sodium. (You can ask the pharmacist if it's OK, in case you don't trust this stranger!) Also, I pray you like fruit. After dinner, make (or have your mom make since I don't know how old you are.) make yourself a fruit plate. Cut up everything you like. Apples, bananas, watermelon, canta loupe, berries of any kind, oranges, etc. Eat that , and take the stool softener. I betcha you'll poop on Saturday!! Let me know!! You can e-mail me. I have your name, so I'll know what it's about. Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me about that star. Good luck, kiddo!! :D ps. You can buy an assortment of fruits and berries in the frozen section of the supermarket. Leave it out for an hour to let them thaw. This is fun!! I'm starting to think this through. Does school get you kinda riled up? Like a little nervous/excited? So on the weekends your stomach is all relaxed. That would make sense. Oh well.

Maybe you feel naturally more comfortable where you poop during the weekdays? For example, if you tend to do this fine at your work restroom, but you can't seem too relax the same at home to do it. I have noticed that when I am staying at hotels, sometimes I cannot do it either. Especially other people's houses!
To help it along, make sure you are getting enough natural fiber in your diet - in the form of real fruits or veggies is best. Make sure you drink at least your eight glasses of water a day. Seek assistance from a medical provider if you have concerns.

First thing - what is different about weekends? Different people around? Different diet? Different schedule? It is probably because something is different. Try eating differently Fridays and Saturdays - add fruits & grains.
