Back when i was 5, i had this friend 'Justin', we had some fun times playing and everything- we'd put sunscreen on each other (others would make fun of us for that), i'd be walking partners with his little sister at daycare, build sand castles with him...etc. Basically puppy-love....but, then we saw each other occasionally at Sunday school, and he'd say hi, and i be my shy self and look at anyone but him....
Now I'm in high school and we haven't spoken to each other since i was in 2nd grade (except that he was checking me out at the movies), and i really like him and so my question is: How do i get him to talk to me? When should i talk to him? (we have no classes together) and what should i say?... do you think he would still like me? or at least be friends with me again? Please write hopeful, cheery answers!

high school is a great time to revisit friends you had when you were little, b/c everyones more grown up!

Fooey, I'd just walk up to him one day in the hall or somewhere and say something like "Hey, *I* know *you*...remember? We were 'sunscreen buddies'!" and ask how his sister is these days.
But, if he has a girlfriend (you never know, he might and you might not've heard about it yet), and then you find out, just keep it light and friendly.

If you have his phone # or email address, then just ask him how's it goin'. Or just make conversation about school/life ect.
