What all of us be responsive to immediately because of the fact the Bible is in actuality a decision of historical divinely inspired information. those have been composed and compiled in written form over a era of sixteen centuries. provided that copies of manuscript from wich translations are made, exist of their hundreds throughout the time of the international, that is not conceivable to certainly substitute the bible. Howewher ist is conceivable to make differences to the translations that are made out of those manuscripts. working example with regards to the King James Translation The Bible in Its historical and English variations says: “almost each and every version, from the very commencing up, presented corrections and unauthorized differences and additions, in many situations including new blunders in the technique. The version of 1613 exhibits over 3 hundred ameliorations from 1611. . . . It grew to become into in the eighteenth century, whether, that the greatest differences have been made. . . . with regards to contradictions: that is been alleged many situations that the bible is composed of many contradictions, it extremely is sturdy to realize that folk in many situations say issues that look contradictory yet are extremely defined or understood. working example, a businessman could correspond with somebody by employing dictating a letter to his secretary. If puzzled, he could say that he despatched the letter. yet provided that his secretary typed and mailed the letter, she ought to assert that she despatched it. further, it grew to become into not contradictory for Matthew (8:5) to assert that a militia officer got here to ask Jesus a want, while Luke (7:2, 3) suggested that the guy despatched representatives. in many situations human beings will state categorically that the bible contradicts itself, yet I certainly have alway chanced on upon close scrutiny that this grew to become into not the case.

It would be too easy to run into the character limit on this one. And I just don't have the attention span right now.
Let's start with the six-day creation, young Earth, the great flood, the virgin birth, people coming back from the dead, a talking donkey, people living for hundreds of years, a man living in the belly of a fish having been swallowed whole...

Well that the Bible says that there is a flat earth, is actually an atheist myth. The Bible says no such thing, although many seem to believe that by repeating it enough will make it true.

The Bible is not a myth.
Accept it.
And now, The Bible never said the earth was flat, on the contrary, the Bible clearly says in the Old Testament that the earth is round.
Long before Columbus.
Accept it.

do you mean like noah's taking 2 of every living thing on an ark or like a talking donkey? or are you talking about the sun staying still during a fight?

maybe you are talking about their being 2 different creation stories in genesis? or how in the old testament it says to be wary of any false prophets who will try to change the word of god, and then jesus goes and flips the old testament on its head with his teachings?

if you need more examples of contradictions in the bible, just ask

The presumption here is that there's such a thing as a Bible myth, which has never been substantiated.
