Usually, the sexual behavior (of anyone else) that doesn't meet the personal subjective standards of the person who is judging, is "wrong."
Is pre-marital sex wrong? Only because the Bible (or other holy book) says it is. Is consensual extra-marital sex wrong if both partners agree? Only because the Bible (or other holy book) says it is. Is responsible prostitution wrong? Only because the Bible (or other holy book) says it is. Homosexuality? Only because the Bible (or other holy book) says it is. So most people would say that if it is anything they personally find "sinful" or distasteful, then it is wrong.
On the other hand, there are absolute wrongs: Sex with any unwilling partner... Sex with children or animals, neither of which is intellectually able to grant informed consent... Sex that causes harm to another... Those things, and no doubt some others I hadn't thought of, are morally wrong. But other than those things, consensual sexuality in any form is not wrong but something to be celebrated.

Any sex that happens between a man and his (female) wife, in a committed marriage relationship (till death do us part) is right.
Any other sex is wrong.
OH...I suppose someone ought to mention...just because something is in the Bible (i.e., Lot and his daughters, just as a for instance) doesn't mean that it has God's "seal of approval". There are many things told of in the Bible that were wrong then, and are still wrong now.

If you want the strict Christian perspective, sex outside of marriage is wrong. Adultery is doesn't only include affairs outside of your relationship, but pre-marital sex as well. It's considered almost a crime against your future spouse because you aren't giving them your virginity or purity. Homosexual relationships are considered by most to be wrong, along with incest, sodomy, bestiality and rape. Some Christians even believe that masturbation is wrong.
Personally, I'm more of a liberal Christian. I think that if you're in a committed relationship with someone it's alright to have sex. I also think it's alright to be gay (being that I like the ladies myself) and masturbation's fine. But I still consider incest, bestiality and rape to be wrong.

Any sexual behavior outside of marriage is Scripturally wrong. That doesn't keep people from misbehaving.

Heb 13:4 "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
Sexually immoral behavior is that which is outside of the context of marriage, where marriage is between one man and one woman for life.
