In some states. yes. It may depend on what's outside your window: a busy sidewalk, a school, the window of your neighbor's house. It may depend on the time of day, at night with the interior kights on, for example. If you're a man, it may depend on whether you have an erection or not, or, whatever sex you are, if you are engaged in sexual activity.

If your in your home, then NO. But if your walking around outside of your house naked, then Yes, you can be charged with indecent exposure. Close the blinds. Not many want to see your bare body.

If anyone can see you from a public place (ie. sidewalk, their house) then it is indecent exposure. It's not worth getting in trouble, although walking around naked is fun.

I don't think it's indecent exposure, but I wouldn't risk it. If convicted of the felony, you'd have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life, so don't risk it.

Past 30, all public nudity should require a license. The license should require testing every two years prior to any renewal.

Unlicensed nudity is a nuisance and a type of visual pollution, disturbing to anyone trying to eat across the street.

It should be if you are in public "view" I mean with reasonable expectation that you could/would be seen, isn't that exhibitionism?
