"You are welcome". But please note in English this has two meanings:

1) We welcome you.
2) As a response to thanks, equivalent to "Don't mention it".

The German one only means 1). The second one would be Bitte or Bitte sehr.

"Du bist willkommen" means only:
You are welcome here (in our house, company, etc.)
