yea around 3-4 months is wen u notice change in weight

You are burning too many calories. If you want to bulk up, you need to increase your calorie intake while still working out. Those shakes or bars between meals are good. Talk to someone at a Vitamin shop or GNC. Or you can eat more eggs/meat.

most times when one works out they are just getting their insides heathy and it could take a while but once the inside of the body is heathy you will start to see it on the outside

That is totally normal. Since you started working out, all that fat mass turned into muscle mass.

you probably lost fat in places you arent looking at or something
