It's a cat going through her "period", or estrus. It means she is ready to mate. She will behave differently, male cats will come around.
Best to get them spayed before this happens to prevent adding to the overpopulation problem with cats.

when a cat or any animal for that matter is in heat they will urine alot! not a whole lot at once just a little. or they will tend to bleed in that area if its a female.

when she wants to get some from a guy cat. it's like she's having a period but no blood just wanting to get some.

We had our cat spayed when she was 5 months old....the vet wanted to do it when she was 4 months old

A female cat that meows all day and night for you to let her out, so she can find an male. Please spay your cat before she reproduces!
