Of course an illegal alien using false documents should be deported automatically.
Not only have they committed federal crimes by entering the USA illegally, and living here illegally, maybe they are working here illegally too, another crime. On top of that using false ID is a crime, and if it is a social security number, that is a serious crime, a felony. The penalty for using a stolen social security number is 25 years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine, for illegal aliens those punishments are followed by deportation.
I think illegal aliens should all pay the penalty for the crimes they commit, just like US citizens and legal immigrants do.
The legal penalty for coming here illegally is deportation, so in my opinion all illegal aliens should be deported for violation of United States federal immigration laws, whether they use false documents or not.

Fraud and identity theft is never a good thing.. Especially when you're using someone else's personal information.
First off, they entered this country illegally - that itself is a crime. If they're using false documents, that should be an automatic deportation. If they had come here legally in the first place, they wouldn't have to worry about using fake ID's and social security numbers - they would have their own information, and they wouldn't have to live in fear of being deported.

Yes, along with the original crime of being illegally in this country the stakes are raised when false documents are used. Especially if those documents belong to someone else, Identity theft is a serious problem.

Yes. Absolutely. Without question.
An illegal immigrant is still an illegal immigrant and they are hurting all the hard working LEGAL immigrants in the US.
Each and every illegal immigrant that is caught should be deported no matter what type of documentation they have.

They are in this country illegally. They should be deported even if they don't use false documents. They already disrespected the USA by entering it illegally ,when thousands are waiting to come the legal way.

Yes and the employer that accepted the documents should be fined. There is a government service that employers can use to verify documents.

Yes, they knowingly broke the law by illegally coming here and forging documents. We owe it to the safety of American citizens to deport them.
