look around in the day and see if you can find a cat.
if not and you hear nothing more of it then theres nothing you can do really.
but don't go out in the night.

I don't think anyone noticed that your avitar was a dude's. Put out some wet food or some tuna, you may lure it out. If you're really intent on catching it you could try to get a trap from somewhere, like animal control or a rescue group. Keep looking, maybe you'll hear it again tonight, or maybe it's moved on.

Be careful. Some rapists lure women outside at night by playing tapes of babies crying or kittens mewing.

Bring a brother or your dad or a man with you and put a can of tuna out for the cat....to lure it out...be careful
