i just want to know if it counts as running away if you leave the state after being emancipated

That I would call a lawyer and ask, I wouldn't think so but check it out.

As long as you have all your paperwork in order and the court has it all settled you are legally an adult at that point in time and can do what you want...including leaving that state. Be sure to keep your paperwork with you since you wouldn't want to try to explain that to some cop trying to get you for playing hookey from school or some other stupid thing.

No. When you are emancipated it means that you are legally considered an adult and are able to make decisions for medical treatment, sign contracts, rent an apartment, etc.

No. Emancipation means you get to make your own decisions-and are responsible for yourself.

no you are on your own after you get emancipated, thats why you got emancipated to take care of yourself and make your own decisions
