Well, first there would have to be a God. But any mistakes that are made on this planet are fully man made, god or no. Because if you were to believe in mythology then God is perfect and therefore incapable of error.
Therefore the answer is simple: man

Aways remeber, man created God, not the other way around.

George Burns, when he played God, pointed out that he made one mistake: the avocado pits are too big.

Not that I believe in a creator type god, but they could have left out the fruit flies, like the one that keeps buzzing between me and my monitor when I'm trying to type.

And a couple of my ex-husbands have to qualify as mistakes, although I don't know if that's God's fault or my former in-laws. (OK; that's mine for marrying them.)

I know God repented he made mankind, before the flood. All creation was corrupted. I think the dinosaurs growing too big was another problem. The Angels leaving their place & taking human women. Producing supermen. God repented he made man. So? Flooded the earth.

Perhaps God should not have divided a Human Being in two
different identities, like Man and Woman.Or all the functions
performed by man and woman should have been common to
both the identities.
I mean ALL functions.

Let me see, there are hundreds in the human body alone, we have not fully adapted to standing upright and that has caused a series of health problems mostly associated with the back and spine, and then there is the appendix, what is that for?

Then there are the errors that occur in our DNA that lead to congenital defects and hereditary diseases

nope- I know there is a reason for everything. Its obviously greater than I can ever perceive. The universe is far greater than this fraction of existence that we call life. Therefor I can not judge what God has done. He is. It is his to design. I am just lucky enough to be chosen to live on this earth, in america.

God didn't make any mistakes. Everything that happened, God intended. They say God has a sense of humor, I guess they were right.
