Virtually everything manmade these contributes to global warming, either through the energy it took to make it, or the energy it takes to use it, or both.

Most significant technological advances (your question is oddly worded, so this is a guess as to what you're getting at) contributing to global warming have been the harnessing of combustion (burning stuff) to derive energy to convert to work. This (primairly through steam power, and later internal combustion engines) caused global warming through deforestation, then coal and petroleum use.

To be fair, the move from muscle to chemical power also brought us civilization as we know it today- we live lives of comfort that even the nobilities of three hundred years ago had trouble imagining. Everything's a tradeoff.

The biggest contributer to green house gases is power generation.

And while wind power is being developed as fast as possible, we still need nuclear power as wind and solar cannot generate as much power as a nuke 24/7/365

basically that would be the computers that draw more power, cellphones, i-phones, and other electronic gadgets that run on batteries or draw electrical power, plasma and HDTVs devices. All electrical devices draw electrical energy that must be generated at the power plant which emits greenhouse gases cause more greenhouse gases. And the manufacture of batteries for other electrical devices require energy for manufacture which in turn cause power plants to produce more greenhouse gases. Basically more electrical devices will increase the consumption of electrical energy which causes power plants to produce more electricity and generate more greenhouse gases which contribute to global warming.
