I am currently 5'5 and 110 lbs and am 19 years of age. I know as of now that I do not trully need to lose any weight. However, I want to for reasons I can not understand. I do somewhat consider myself chubby (I dislike the size of my breast size which is a 34-C and my stomach which I think can be firmer.) Also, a lost lb raises my self-esteem for some odd reason.
Starting Thursday, I began to limit my calorie intake to around 900 calories a day. I ate this way for three days. Today, nonetheless, I was taken out to dinner with friends and had a total of 1700-1800 calories.
My question to you is, if I eat only 600 calories tomorrow will this day balance out? Will I still lose weight after my three days of low-calorie intake? Thank you.

You should not lose weight. You are going to kill yourself with this sort of behavior. If you think that your stomach should be firmer, then do some exercises to firm it. Your breast size is okay. If you want to make your breasts smaller, you probably will have to have surgery to make them smaller. That is just how you are built. You really need to talk to someone, and soon. This is very dangerous. You have a distorted idea about your body and it needs correction.

Never eat less than 1500 calories a day. The fat you lose immeditly is water weight. You will kill your metablosim like this. 1500-1800 calories a day while still on the low side is safer. Simply run more. If you really want to lose weight, lift some weigts. Don't worry as long as you eat a normal amount you won't gain a pound, you'll just be toner. Your body uses more calories just being alive when it is muscley. This is why body builders with 6% bodyfat can eat up to 5000 calories a day and not gain a pound.

Try incorporating the Glycemic Index into your eating plan is surprisingly easy.
Glycemic Index (GI) is a ranking system for foods containing carbohydrated. The GI number signifies how quickly a food triggers a rise in blood glucose (sugar).
High GI food tends to increase hunger and promote overeating, which can then lead to excess weight gain and obesity.
High-fiber foods, which generally have a low GI, move slowly through the body. Because they stay in the stomach for a relatively long period of time, they promote a feeling of fullness.
o Low GI diets help people lose and control weight
o Low GI diets increase the body's sensitivity to insulin
o Low GI carbs improve diabetes control
o Low GI carbs reduce the risk of heart disease
o Low GI carbs reduce blood cholesterol levels
o Low GI carbs can help you manage the symptoms of PCOS
o Low GI carbs reduce hunger and keep you fuller for longer
o Low GI carbs prolong physical endurance
o High GI carbs help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise

That's not a problem as long as you eat healthily.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. I never need to count any calories on this diet and it makes eating out easier and guilt free.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog
