Ex astris vera inveniuntur

or

Ex astris verum invenitur

Vera is plural - truths. 'invenitur' is 3rd person singular, so you have to make it 'inveniuntur' (3rd person plural) to match plural vera, or change to singular 'verum' to match invenitur.

Truth(s) is/are found [or reached] according to [or from] the stars.

"Ex astris vera invenitur" is grammatically correct as written, if we take "vera" as feminine singular to match an understood "res" (thing).

A true (woman) is found according to the stars.

If you say inveniuntur, you can translate it as: true things are found according to the stars.
