i know you said you don't want any online sites. but im pretty sure you can find this system for 180 at circuit city and bestbuy. ive seen them on their sites but aren't on there anymore that i can't find. soo maybe somewhere else has them in your area or maybe circuitcity and bestbuy still have them and i just can't find them on their site.
But anyway i hear this is a really good system from alot of people. Everywhere i look it gets pretty good ratings. at least 4.5 for the money they paid. soo maybe think about it.

This site has Reviews too. soo read them if you are interested in this product. doesnt' come with DVD player though.
Amazons price is too high. you can find it for 180 like i said. But other then this system i dont think u will find a good one for 150. i dont even think they make them for that price.THis system was 500.00 when it first came out i belive. You can also try logitech systems. they have nice audio speakers. i have the 2300 2.1 speakers and love them. the bass is amazing. and i just ordered the z-5500 for 280 on amazon.com.

I can only suggest a computer surround sound system The Logitech X-540 should be an ok surround sound system for under $150. It's ok for a small system. I have it.
You need to spend more if you want to have a the fancier surround sounds. This item should be available on any computer, electronics shops.

Hi. I'm afraid there are no good 5.1 systems under $150.Actually there are no good 2 channel systems under your budget.Think about it. Look at all the components you need .You have to be realistic .You cant buy all that is required for practically nothing. That amount of money would just cover the cost of the cables you need. And if you do find one it would probably sound awful.

There are issues extra advantageous than encompass sound too, besides the incontrovertible fact that on your question, the respond is trouble-free Dolby digital encompass Sound 7.a million if no longer, choose for 5.a million in my view, i like DTS extra advantageous yet this is via the gap I actual have. truly some concerns make a distinction on what feels superb for examnple, the acoustic high quality of the room, area to run wires around, the furnishings, all be sure no remember if a million greenback theater gadget will sound like a duck or no longer.

I can't think of any good ones that inexpensive. Try Sears, they have a good selection in this area.
