Yes. They convert the BS in to Methane using bacteria, and then run the car on methane. It's like on Mad max 3 (thunderdome)

Actually you can use real BS in dried form to make fire which can power a steam engine, and steam engines have been existing for quite some time now.

If you are talking about verbal BS then the answer is NO.

Interesting question. Early settlers in the West did indeed use dried BS (and, in animals) in fireplaces. Still used in many parts of the world (Africa, etc.).
