Saying bad words does not show the real attitude of a person whether he or she is bad but it gives a people an idea or impresssions of what you are. Bad words become a big deal depending on the place.
If you are in a five-star hotel, first-class restaurant or teaching in school, will you not think twice thinking about the people around you who will hear you. Society plays a part in this attitude. This could act as a social control, deciding what is wrong and right in a certain place.

Well no big deal. The practice is to have knowledge of when to use them. If used correctly and appropriately at the right time it garnishes words. You know like when someone is a timid person who never swears and one day they get really frustrated and say f**k off or something. It makes you know the level of their anger. But if you go for dinner at a restaurant you probably should not use such language as it might not suit the occassion, such as in classroom. Its great though when used in gossip!!!!

Well..."bad words" originally had proper bad meanings. Like f*** meant rape for example. And some of them are against Christianity, like bloody and damnation and so on. So I guess the notion that they shouldn't be said perhaps comes from that...like actually what you're implying when you say a swear word is much worse than you intended. Of course now we don't tend to think about their exact meanings.

"Bad words" were created in and for "bad situations" and also to use as an insult and in a derogatory fashion, mainly to offend someone else. In general terms they were created by people whose command and knowledge of the language was not sufficient enough to include other more proficient words.
.We have a beautiful language full of beautiful words and phrases. There are enough of these words that we can use, without resorting to un-pleasant sounding `made-up` words, which in reality have no meanings . Anyway, these words have little or no effect on most people any more.

Ah, fu ck it!
Try the extending your vocab bit people go on about: instead of go and fu ck yourself, suggest they try autopederasty. It means the same thing, and it's a nice big word that will no doubt show the 'people who swear are stupid' brigade that they are wrong.
Think how much fun learning new words can be!

I think it's a word, just like any other word. I wish certain words were reserved as holy & good. People always wanna point out what's bad but never what's good.

Well, if you DON'T mean to offend others, you will mind it. I know how folks actually prevented violence and murder from being done to them -- all by their decent talk.
Does it sound good enough?
And since f* is a DEROGATIVE word for sexual intercourse, mom might not like to hear it from her offspring.

Society says it's a big deal.
I personally don't care what kind of words people say.
Just as long as I can understand them.
