Please develop a thick skin - fast. Q & A fly fast and loose here, and passions runs high also.
Please do not report anyone until you know more facts. You are potentially destroying a valuable source of knowledge over 1 question or answer you do not like. You have to understand the person before reporting them. People here have designed a style or purpose that matches their icon, and some are serious other are sarcastic, others rude. All belong here. ALL BELONG HERE
Oh, using capital letters only means your shouting.
If you are curious about anything then e-mail that person. I learned how - so I know everyone can. I even can type sort of.
Lastly use spell check - it really does help people understand your message or question.

1. My advice to them would be to take it easy and don't pay attention to the mean people around here who likes to put others down and that they should learn how to have fun in R&S :P and respect others
2. Waring: the trolls and watch out for everyone who seems suspecious because of the high rate of stupid violations
3. To survive here they just need a good sence of humor, the names of the most popular here so that when we ask questions about them (like Jack B. etc..) they know what the heck we're talking about ^_^ and always be nice
((((new people))))

My advice would be answer with your beliefs and be prepared for others to not like your answer and don't generalize that can be confusing
My warnings would be don't be a troll, act nice and don't shoot others down because of their beliefs
To survive don't take anything to personally, there are trolls out there who only choose one person as a target instead of a group
Welcome all

Don't report just because you are offended...
Stop to consider how someone else who doesn't share your beliefs will take what you are writing.
Remember that sarcasm doesn't work well at times in written form... so don't get your knickers in a knot.
Wear a flame-proof suit.
Eat an incarnation of the FSM every friday.
Take a drink whenever the same old question is asked again ... don't get mad about it

Don't insult anyone or group, no matter how much you may disagree. And try to be kind to all. If you can't be respectful in an answer, then pass on it and look for another.
I have seen some new ones, and they seem nice.

My Advice would be "Be Non Judgemental, fully Loving, seek and contribute wisdom"
My warning would be "The one they have to fear most is themselves. If they let others judge them, they might feel down. Be the inspiration and learn to forgive"
For Surviving here, they need a computer and fingers!
(((PANGEL))). I logged in to see no one...:( LOL

Have an open mind, be ready to lean different view, protect yourself from the close minded! When in doubt, show them that you are a better follower of their own teachings than they are. Remember to love and respect ALL!

I'm pretty much a newbie, but my answer would be to lighten-up and try on a sense of humor.
