This is the HUGE debate at my house, but I'm right.....Meat side down for about 5 - 10 minutes, just long enough to seal a crust on the skin. Then turn over & grill bone side down for the majority of the cooking time, turning back over to the meat side for the last bit......Moist & juicy everytime.....

Grill chicken for about 8-10 minutes each side (Boneside first), or until thoroughly cooked. Cooking time depends on temperature and the thickness of the chicken breasts.

Anytime your grilling chicken, you always want to put it skin side down first to lock in the juices. Whether it has bones or not

I've really gone to only doing boneless chicken on the grill, but I would do boneside first - get the most cooking while protecting it from getting burnt.
