Question

This guys and I like each other for 3 years. We have never dating because we both afriad to be refused. We separated and decided to stay friends.

Last October, I went to visit him. He really wanted to start relationship, but I wanted us to wait so we still stay friends.

Last May, I asked him if he would be around town because I wanted to visit my friends and him. He said, "yes" he should be around. I asked him, the week before I came if he could take me to the lake and he said, "We will see".

When I told him that I would like to meet him for lunch and will pay for the lunch. He said, he will be out of town. I was so upset because I planed everything so we can see each other again. But he went to out town---I didn't know the reason why he went out of town.

I am just wondering if he ever care that he hurts me. I always thought he loves and wait for me, but I am not sure that he still care or love me. What do you think? Should I move on. Thank you for your honest advice.
