i want to seduce this guy so bad! i've sent him pictures... :)...and texts but hes still so afraid of jail...but he;s only three years older. i don't get why he is freaking out so bad. especially when we have done..other...physical stuff.

It depends how old you both are. If you're underage you should understand why he has a problem with you sending him 'pictures'. No man wants to be accused of having 'intimate relations' with an underage child. If he's not interested I suggest going your seperate ways and finding someone your own age.

He's probably doing you and himself a favor and leaving you alone. I presume you are underage. If this is the case and he is reported for hanging out with you, he could have a permanent mark on his record which could bring upon jail time denial of jobs and other career opportunities. Someone else who find out about you two could report him as well.
Why are you trying to seduce him again when you already have done physical stuff? You should take his hesitation as being smart and either wait until you are of age or move on.

First of all you must be under the age of consent without ur parents. And its not worth bending over in the shower at the local jail house for you.

If he is afraid of Jail, then he probably wants you really bad. He is just thinking about the adult consequences of his desire for you. Sadly, the Law does not like to make exceptions to its rules........
