I love so many different types of food, it is hard to chose just one....Seafood & Southern home cooking are two of my favorites, but this time of year, I would have to say a nice thick cut rib-eye cooked medium rare over medium/hot coals hits the spot! Serve with loaded baked potatoes, grilled silver queen corn on the cob & homemade garlic bread.......Or for a different twist, grill along side shrimp kabobs & serve with a fresh garden salad & plenty of garlic butter for dipping......Yummy!!
