I am seeing this lovely guy and we havent slept together yet,but i was wondering if there is a way you can tell if a guy loves oral or not(giving). I think he likes receiving as he's dropped hints but hasnt mentioned the other way round. Do all guys like giving oral?

Look, let me tell you one important thing about men. We don't do subtlety. We thing "subtle" is the space ship thing that keeps blowing up and killing astronauts. So, here's the skinny - go right out and tell him what you want. He might be shocked, he might get a slightly glazed look in his eye, he might even start crying for his Mummy (and if he's the type to do that, it's best you find out early on in the relationship anyway), but at least you've got things out in the open. So, just hold his hands, look deeply into his eyes, and say : "Darling... I have a small favour to ask of you. I would really appreciate it if you wouldn't mind burying your face between my thighs and not coming up for air until I pull you up by the ears. Thank you ever so much." Try it. Guaranteed success, one way or another.

I would much rather give then recieve oral. I'm a massive fan but I'm not sure all guys enjoy the idea of it. Maybe drop more hints to him or make it more interesting for him.

I would say most guys do, but not all. Go for a 69 with him; you start first and I bet he will get the hint very quickly. This is assuming you are both at least 18 or the legal age in your country.

No not all lads do not enjoy giving it just like all lassies don't. Some even don't like recieving it. IMHO go for it first time and see if he returns the favour. If not don't do it til hedoes.
