My dear friend Soul Doctor has given you the right dose for treating this problem. Personally, I work graveyards 3-4 days a week and that used to screwed up my sleeping patterns. However, I started using Magnesium carbonate citric acid, it has helped me tremendously, I hardly use it anymore, it works wonders!. You may find it at health food stores, such New Leaf or Whole Food Stores, I can't remember how much I spent for it, but its worth it!. It also promotes nerve, bone and cardiovascular health. You could also try it in capsules.
Magnesium is an essential mineral required for adequate health, is also critical important muscle and brain activities and it is often used for its calming abilities.

I also practice Yoga and Meditation if I can't seem to relax.
you could also try melatonin capsules or chamomile tea
Good luck!

THIRTY HOURS?? Kiddo, you need to be delirious. Time for a few Nyquil. As in, a entire bottle of it. You could simply be harassed out; this time of 12 months will do this to you with exams and finals and whatnot. You would have an nervousness sickness or whatever, too, if this has been occurring so long as you are saying it has. Consider checking in to a snooze health center if you have a few down time. You would possibly not always get extra sleep, however a minimum of they are going to pay you not to sleep.

Tylenol PM, it works for me.

But honestly if it's been going on that long you really should see a Dr.
