Follow your regular guides for cooking the turkey. It shouldn't change with using the stoneware. I know whenever I am using my stoneware I still use the time and temperature guidelines stated by the product.

If you are worried about it being done sooner then normal check it at the half way mark for the temp. And then at the 3/4 mark.

Pampered Chef Rectangular Baker

I don't know about the pampered chef, but it kind of depends on if the turkey is thawed or frozen. Usually the the package should have cooking directions, but if it doesn't then here's some advice. Take the turkey out of the package and rinse it off (just to be sure, I always do this). You can season it if you want or just leave it as is. Put the turkey in the pot, add about an inch of water (only about this much because it should be covered and the water won't evaporate) and cover with the lid. Some people preffer to coat their birds with butter or oil to help ensure the skin stays moist. Cook (if thawed) for 4 hours at 350. Always check your foods with a thermometer if you don't know what done is by sight. Your meat should be at least 165 degrees F before considered done. 170-180 is good to, but a minimum of 165. Hope this helps.

I usually fix mine in the crock pot - it's so simple & easy, yet tasty too......Take turkey breast & season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning & a little salt. Place in bottom of crock pot & add a couple of sliced carrots, sweet potatos & onions. Add 1/2 cup water, a couple splashes of chicken broth & 1 stick butter. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours.......Moist & juicy every time!!
