Hi my name is Emily, i am 12 i am about 20 to 30 pounds over weight, i really want to loose it but at my age its very hard!! If i did 40 curl ups(like sit ups) everynight and stayed away from eating junk food as a snack..would i lose weight? and about how many weeks/months? and when i say stay away from junk food, i dont mean all the time i mean for snacks, cause sometimes my mom makes junk food for supper and i have to eat it, but she only makes it like 1 time a week anyway..
