Saw programme about Harlem , Whats it like to live there /?

even though it is in transitition it wouldn't be a place i would live yet. maybe never. i live in the upper west side and you could definetely see the difference when you pass that line to harlem.

I saw a piece on it in the paper a while ago.It was saying the area was upgrading and property prices we're rising.Bit like our
own Docklands.
