im sixteen years old, 5'7", and i weigh around 145 lbs. most people tell me that im average for my age and height. but i still feel like i need to, or at least want to lose some weight. i have gained about twenty pounds since just last school year.
can anyone tell me some healthy ways to lose some weight and get back into shape? please give me details. dont just say exercise, or eat healthy. im not stupid.
