you need way more calories than that to lose fat because when you create caloric deficit too big all you lose is water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain it all back because you are not gona be able to maintain this diet (lets face it- you are not gona eat this little for the rest of your life)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
sit ups and crunches wont make you lose belly fat - it will make your belly look bigger because all they do is build muscle, they dont burn fat -you cant spot reduce body fat naturally.

Hi
This is a pretty good plan. I like the xtrainer but up that to 40 minutes a day 2 sets of 20will do it nicely. You also need to bring the calories up to at least 1200 a day. Any less and your body will shoot straight into starvation mode and your progress will slow to a crawl and you'll get frustrated with the lack of progress. Dump the junk food is good but don't torture yourself either. You'll just feel deprived and end up cheating or quiting altogether. Eat what you like only up to 1200 a day then add your calories that you burned with xtrainer and you have you daily total. Don't eat after 6 pm. Have a treat once in a while then eat only half of it...If you follow this eating/exercise lifestyle you'll lose about 2 to 3 healthy pounds a week and your weight will never be a problem again Good luck you're on your way!
