I'm sick ... and those 100 calories I consumed were presumably thrown up.
I'm 5'8''--nearly 5'9'', and I weigh 120lbs.

I don't want to lose weight, but food won't stay down ...
Is there anyone who has advice?

Okay, everyone who suggested I have an eating disorder, I'm sick! I have the flu or something ... I am not barfing up each meal on my own consent - it's my body's fault.

Try some shakes. It's more liquid than solid, and very healthy. The cool temperature will help with your core body temperature too.

Try taking in as many liquids as possible and get you an appointment with your doctor. You may have a virus and need fluids to keep you from dehydrating. If you are unable to make an appointment with your doctor and the "barfing" persists, go to the emergency room. They can at least give you a shot of phenergan to decrease/stop the nausea and vomiting.

Hope you feel better.
