Are women more prone to killer viruses than men?

Perhaps statistically. Men are more likely do die at a younger age, of accidents or heart attack, and more women live to an older age, which means they are more susceptible to viruses like influenza and viral pneumonia. All things being equal though, if you have a man and women of equal age and health, they are both as susceptible.

I don't think so...depends on your immunity system
