Hmm....got to wonder about that one. The iris--that colored bit of your eyes--can change colors for a lot of reasons, some temporary, some not.

Have you taken a serious blow to the head lately? No, honestly, this isn't a concussion question.....some people have their eyes change color because of a physical injury, because of blunt impact damaging the tissue of the iris indirectly. The most clear example of this I can think of is with the older rock singer, "David Bowie", who ended up with one eye being a different color courtesy of a head injury when he was young. The name is in quotes so you can copy and paste the thing into a search engine, along with the words "eye color changes", and look it up.

Or.....if you were on some kind of medication, perhaps that explains it. Some anti-fungal medications can change the way you *see* colors, making them seem more blue or green than what they are....others can darken the iris itself, which can make some blue eyes turn green, and some green eyes turn brown.

Which of course brings up another question....? Does this change the way you see? Is your eyesight hindered at all, in terms of either focusing or color perception? If it is this might be a sign your iris physically changed.

Or....this could just be something that runs in your family. Some people have their hair color darken from a red-head to a brunett/auburn color as they get older. On rare occasion eyes can do the same thing, as puberty changes both hormones and muscles, and the iris of your eye is a muscle (which controls the size of your pupils, and how much light enters them).

Or....this might just be an error. Maybe the nurse put down the wrong color on your birth certificate. Or, maybe color-blindness to blue and green (one of the rarest ones out there, granted) runs in your family.

Point is, there are lots of good, rational reasons why your eyes might change color. ^_^ And none of it makes you any less spiffy a person! Edit: One last thing. Lighting. Some "soft-light" incandescent light bulbs are way too yellow for their own good, you can hardly see any blue with them. It may well be your eyes are *greener* under that light, but more blue under sunlight or flourescents.

(just don't take that _Heroes_ eye-color change thing too seriously, ok? *lol* )

Thanks for your time! ^_^

That is nothing to worry about. My eyes used to change colors until they settled on blue and yellow!! Especially in young people and hazel-eyed people eyes may change color during season (during summer time they eyes are exposed to alot of light, etc.) . Take a look at your parent's and sibling's eyes and that is most likely what your eyes will look like when your eyes finally decide.
