There is this guy that is in a couple of my classes and we met 2 years ago but we never really talked, and now we sit next to eachother in our classes and his locker is right beside mine and he does all these things like locks my locker, and gets in the seat right next to me in class and scoots over real close and if I move, he moves, and he always asks me to be partners with him...and EVERYBODY in our science class says he likes me, and so this girl came up to him while he was sitting real close to me, and said that it was sweet that he was sitting so close to me...so he yelled "NO!" and moved to another seat, and he says that he's like the annoying little brother that I never had....and once when he locked my locker, I told him that I didn't like him anymore and he said "well I still like you", but then I left....so do you think he likes me (I don't like him, just as a friend)

He might, but since he referred to himself as the annoying little brother you never had he might also look at friendship as just that, a friendship. A good one though, if he thinks you're like siblings and likes to spend time with you/ helping you.
THEN AGAIN.. he still might. You never know with guys.
If you feel like being bold, just *gasps* ask? Or take the easy way out and get one of his friends to ask him?

yep he likes you but picked up on the vibe that you don't like him so he may be defensive and a little mean try not to lead him on and be honest if it works you can stay friends but if not you must move on either way it will be an issue in the future no matter how long you avoid it plus do it now so he can deal with being friends or move on either way this will hurt him do not prolong his pain even if after you talk to him about it it may get worse for him but think of the future he will get over it and can allow him self to like another girl but do it in a very nice and honest way he will probably say no problem and if this is true great but if you get a different vibe than try to distant your friendship or cut it off cold turkey good luck PS the longer you put this off the better chance he thinks he has with you and the more he will like you

I definately think he likes you. Last year a boy that liked me did the SAME EXACT thing of locking my locker because his was 2 down from mine. Sitting next to you and moving closer is probably his way of flirting. He said "no" and moved when that girl said that because he was embarrased and he didnt want you to flat out know he likes you. When the boy locked my locker, i just acted annoyed but i really didnt care that much because i wasnt gonna be mean to him when he likes me and he was really nice. so just give off hints that you dont like him as a bf but as just friends.

He said "well I still like you". Don't think you need sky writing to figure this one out. Sounds like he has never asked you out, so just remain friends and stay cool. If he asks you out, say no, be honest and tell him you are only interested in him as a friend. Always nice to have an admirer though.

Well why don't you leave it at that then, you know sometimes you just got to let it slide.
From his reaction you can tell he is being honest so it is ok for you to "just like him" and it is ok to have guys that are "just friends" because they are nice to have you can trust them more, guys take a girl's friendship seriously they know they can come to you for help about their girlfriend just like you could about your boyfriend one day.

It sounds like he does but maybe he didn't want to tell you because he thought you would react negativity to it. But he did admit it. So I am bout 72% sure he does.
