Rent a few old movies, eat some chicken soup, drink plenty of fluids, enjoy a few crackers with horseradish to help ease the congestion, and suck on zinc lozenges every two hours. The best ones are from GNC and they come in a green box. Your cold will be gone in a couple of days and you will have had a nice rest. If you try to work through your cold it will last a week or more and there will be no help for you.

May I recommend Hiroshi Inagaki's Samurai Trilogy for the movies? Excellent director, and they star Toshiro Mifune, one of Japan's finest actors.
