im trying to gain muscle but not like a body builder, how many grams of fat should i intake a day for it to still be healthy

you would want no less than 20% of the daily calories to be derived from healthy fats. there is a direct correlation between dietary fat intake and testosterone production. low fat diets = low test production which means a decreased resting metabolic rate and a lower amount of lean muscle tissue.

You should have the least amount of fat as possible to be healthy. There is already enough fat in the foods we eat on a regular basis. You should be in-taking more protein as you are being physically active.
