By crooked six-pack, I mean that the abdominal muscles do not align properly. The left side of my six-pack (still not chisled, by the way) seems to be more elevated than the right side, and therefore seems crooked because the lines that are supposed to go across are not straight. Is this because I haven't been doing proper crunches?

it is genetics, nothing you can do. the rectus abdominis is a paired muscle separated by connective tissue. each side of the RA can have different attachment points causing one side to be higher/lower than the other. this is also why some people have a 6-pack and others have an 8-pack

hahaha thats a good one, try to move up the other abs..... but not to high that u overshoot the left abs. hahaha
