I am 300 pounds and have not smoked weed for 4 months. Currently I test clean. I am on a diet and am loosing about 3 pounds of fat a week. Willl the THC get realeased back into my bloodstream? Will it cause me to fail a drug test?

Once released from the fat cells ti will be metabolized pretty quickly. and it's not THC that's being held, but metabolites thereof, so you won't find yourself suddenly getting high.

No. After 30 days of nonsmoking you should be good. It doesn't rerelease. You have nothing to worry about.
