I ate a non fat yogurt, a peach, kind of a lot of Kashi cereal; dry, & a banana w/ natural peanut butter.

Will i gain weight from this? I'm trying to lose weight. About 15 pounds.

I weigh 142 & I am 5'4.

it doesn't sound like too much to me, you don't want to starve yourself, you metabolism will slow right down, and you won't lose any weight.

No way. You probably didn't eat too much. Learning the balance between food and exercise is the whole thing about dieting. As long as you exercise to get your metabolism up, you should be fine. Good job on finding so many healthy things to eat! Also, keep in mind that the main point of exercise is not to burn calories, its to boost metabolism.

Just make sure that you're hungry before you eat and stop when you're full. My sister lost 10 pounds on a "diet" she titled "Dont eat until your stomach growls" Eating out of boredom is a BIG reason people gain weight.

Good job! Keep it up.

No, you didn't eat a lot and what you ate shouldn't be fattening (I am not aware of that cereal however). See a nutritionist; he/she will design a proper diet for you and you will definitely lose weight in a healthy way.

well is that all for lunch? or is it like in a days food. be more specific if thats like in a day then thats not a lot but if thats all for breakfast or lunch then yah thats a LOT of food.

but then again eating a lot of healthy foods is better than eating a lot of unhealthy food.

also::: a note on organics. organic food is not always neccesarily healthier or less fattening (although it could be). it usually is just helping the enviornment.

you didn't overeat, but that's not a well balanced diet, either. you also need to drink plenty of water and exercise every day to lose weight.

Pretty good. Stay on your diet. Don't let yourself get so hungry, that you binge!
