The verb 'tener' means 'I have'. To conjugate:

Yo tengo = I have
Tu tienes = You have
El tiene = He has
Elle tiene = She has
Usted tiene = You (formal) have
Nosotros tenemos = We have
Vosotros teneis = Y'all have
Ellos tienen = They (feminine) have
Ellas tienen =They (masculine) have
Ustedes tienen = They (formal) have

If you have to write these sentences using the verb 'tener', you can use any of these conjugations in different sentences. However, if you can only use 'tienes', you're a little boxed in with your choices.

Some examples:

1. You tengo dieciocho anos.
I have 18 years (I'm 18 years old).
2. Mi sobrina tiene cinco anos.
My niece has 5 years (My niece is 5 years old).
3. El tiene un bebe.
He has a baby.
4. Vosotros teneis problemas de psycological.
Y'all have psycological problems.

Vosotros and ustedes are basically the same thing, except that the vosotros form is used mostly in Spain. If you want to address a group of people, it's most common to use the ustedes form. So in #4, you can also say "Ustedes tienen problemas de psycological", or "Y'all have psycological problems".

Don't forget to use the upside-down punctuation mark in front of the sentence whenever you're writing a question mark or an exclamation point ... then the right side-up punctuation mark behind the sentence, as usual.

Good luck!

Here's one:

An easy way to do this is the following trick. Write:
tienes 2 amigos 'you have two friends'
tienes 3 amigos 'you have three friends'
and so on till
tienes 26 amigos 'you have 26 friends'
but if i were your teacher, I would not accept this.
