Beef. It's pronounce main, like the main ingredient.
By the way, Die Hard is my favorite Christmas movie. I have to watch it every Christmas Eve before leaving the milk and cookies out for Santa and hitting the sack.

shrimp is my favorite--the flavors just work really well together. i say it, and have always heard it pronounced, main.
