This is not specific enough to make a specific recommendation other than get your behind to the ER ASAP!!

On the other hand, if you've been running, jumping, painting, doing a new workout, or eating a lot of gaseous foods, then you need to either relax and do some stretches, or just wait until it all comes out in the end.
