Katie, this is pretty solid. I would add in a little more protein, especially for the last meal of the day in each menu. Fish, turkey, shrimp/sea food, chicken breast, even egg whites or a couple of whole eggs are good, healthy choices.

The carbs are all nice and clean ... complex carbs, fruits and very little sugar. Solid. If you like oatmeal, get some of that in for breakfast. It's great for you. Richen it up with some soy milk and fruit (peaches, blueberries or bananas are great choices.)

Also, you need more veggies. You have green lettuces, which are good, but add in more fresh vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.

If you like beans, consider adding some beans into your diet as well. High in fiber, complex carbs and protein, so they are filling and really good for you. For example, add a few canned red beans into your brown rice, or add some canned black beans to your turkey tortillas.

Great start though!

Best of luck!

I'm sorry, but those meals just would not work for me! Whats with the soy stuff, and black olives are high in calories,I hate brown rice, and whole wheat pasta, the only whole wheat I like is the whole wheat bread, I couldn't even get almond butter down,so it might be fine for you, but I never would eat that diet.
